Laser drilling can provide burr-free tight tolerance holes in several different shapes and sizes. The ability to program different dimensions, allows laser drilling to be an incredibly versatile way to create “thru-holes” and other “cut” features on your part.
Laser marking utilizes the newest technology in custom laser systems, part marking can be added with less setup time, lead time, and minimal cost. NEST’s laser marking department has large enough capacity to run parts up to 32” long, and multiple parts at one time for prototypes through production volumes.
