Stainless Steel Hypodermic Tubes

NEST is able to fabricate and assemble custom stainless steel needles per specific requirements using any available hypodermic gauge size. Standard sizes are commonly available in Type 304 and Type 316. These needles can be provided with square tips, tip grinds, or end forming as needed.

Needle Body Only

Needles can be provided with just the needle body if required. Multiple tip styles and features can be added to the needle to support the application or improve performance.

Needles with Fitting Connection

Needles can also be provided with a connection, such as a standard luer fitting or custom ferrule. These needles are available in multiple tip styles, alloys and materials, and with the same added features if requested.

These stainless steel needles are reusable and autoclavable.

Coated Needles

NEST provides these products in uncoated or coated variations. Based on the application and its requirements, different coatings and finishes can be applied.
