Abrasive Grit Blasting

This type of finish can be achieved by micro-blasting, glass bead blasting, sandblasting or any combination of the three.It also creates a uniform finish across a specific area or the entire part or assembly.

Grit blasting is an inexpensive way to add some grip to the surface of a tube. Roughened surfaces can help to retain plastic or flexible tubing and secure epoxied assemblies.

These processes can be completed with automation to process higher volumes or manually on small volumes for quicker setups or finer detail.
